PCV Driver Training<\/h2>\n

We offer PCV driver training (Passenger Carrying Vehicle), bus driver training, coach driver training and minibus driver training. We welcome individuals or businesses looking to train new drivers. All new D candidates must take the Initial Driver CPC in addition to the practical driving test.<\/p>\n

PCV License classes<\/h5>\n

Class D1 \u2013 Minibus up to 16 seats, minimum driving age 18, see our Minibus page.
\nClass D \u2013 Any vehicle with 17 or more seats, minimum driving age 18<\/p>\n

PCV Driver Training, Coach Driver Training,<\/h5>\n

1:1 courses from 2 to 5 days<\/p>\n

We also offer theory training in preparation for the Initial Driver CPC.<\/p>\n

All courses are subject to a driving assessment.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

PCV Vehicles<\/h5>\n

We have a 33 seat Dennis Dart automatic for training and taking the Class D test. This vehicle complies with the minimum test vehicle standard.<\/p>\n

PCV Test<\/h5>\n

We will arrange the test for you, there is an extra charge for a Saturday test date.<\/p>\n

The Driver Initial CPC is 4 modules: M1 Theory Test, M3 Practical Driving Test, M2 CPC Case Study, M4 CPC Practical off road test. All 4 modules are compulsory, we will help you prepare for this.<\/p>\n

Please note that M1 and M3 are the standard theory and practical tests.<\/p>\n

You can use our vehicle in which to take the test or a vehicle from your business or employer. A PCV test vehicle is required to be a very specific standard, so please check with us first if not using one of our vehicles.<\/p>\n

PCV Driving Style<\/h5>\n

Driving a bus, coach or minibus is all about keeping the passenger safe and comfortable. We will teach you how to drive smoothly with passengers in mind, and at the same time keep your passengers, the vehicle and other road users safe.<\/p>\n
